The More Cravings mobile app aims to enhance user experience with seamless restaurant discovery, booking, and personalized recommendations. Challenge
Following extensive consumer research, More Cravings analyzed user feedback and behavior data from their current website to gain deeper insights into customer needs and preferences. The findings highlighted areas where users desired a more streamlined and engaging experience, which led More Cravings to recognize that a dedicated mobile app could address these needs more effectively than a website alone. The app would be designed to simplify the customer journey—from discovering new dining options to making reservations and accessing exclusive offers—enhancing convenience and satisfaction.
Additionally, the research underscored the importance of keeping consumers actively engaged with More Cravings’ portfolio of restaurants. A mobile app could serve as a dynamic platform to communicate with users directly, fostering continuous engagement through personalized recommendations, timely notifications, and interactive features. By offering loyalty rewards and special incentives within the app, More Cravings aims to drive repeat visits and establish stronger relationships with customers, ultimately building lasting loyalty and encouraging users to choose More Cravings restaurants whenever they dine out.
