Objective
To redesign and rebuild the website from scratch with existing various UX and UI flaws.

Challenge
For this project the goal is to overhaul the website from the ground up to resolve key UX and UI issues that impact user experience. Current challenges, such as confusing navigation, inconsistent visuals, and lack of mobile responsiveness, limit usability and accessibility. The redesign will include a user-centered architecture, modern UI elements, and improved mobile functionality, ensuring seamless navigation and brand consistency across devices. Enhanced features like personalized recommendations, faster load times, and simplified booking options will provide an intuitive, engaging experience that reflects Capital Health’s commitment to quality, ultimately driving engagement and business growth.

Solution
Due to the websites' complicated nature and severity, a thorough testing was put in place by each department including, UX, UI and Development. We created a strategy by taking into consideration that the website has high traffic as it offers online booking for residency visa medical screening for residents in Abu Dhabi. It was important to make sure that users find the required tools fast and easily on the website and so key components were placed on the homepage to cater to the different audiences. A list of key features were mapped out and developed on the website linking it to the clients internal system via API’s.

Impact
The redesigned Capital Health website is now a fully-featured platform tailored to support the essential needs of its users, offering key functionalities that enhance convenience and engagement. Users can easily book appointments for Visa Medical Screenings, with flexible payment options to either pay online or at the center, providing a seamless experience that meets diverse user preferences. The site also allows users to check the status of their medical screenings, offering real-time updates to keep them informed at every stage of the process. To further assist with long-term planning, the website includes a reminder feature for visa renewal, helping users stay on top of important deadlines with ease.
Since the redesign, the platform has seen impressive engagement, with over 3,100 paid registered leads and 300+ students enrolling, reflecting the enhanced usability and functionality of the new site. This success highlights the redesigned website’s ability to attract and retain users, streamlining essential tasks and driving meaningful engagement.
